Worst plan I ever had or heard of. High deductible, dental is abominable for the low end plan. It is there just like dust in the eyes.

Company automatically contributes 6% to employee 401K. Then matches 50% of employee contribution up to 8% of their salary, giving a possible company contribution of 10% for 8% employee contribution.
9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off giving employees 26 three day weekends, or more depending on the Holiday schedule. Also allows employees to handle personal business that has to be done during normal business hours on their off Friday instead of having to make personal phone calls in the office or use vacation days for appointments.

The best thing about the benefits is having access to health and vision care. The other best thing is the amount of paid time off and the encouragement to use it. The 401K match and employer contributions to HSA are also generous.

Excellent entry-level vacation time with 15 days of PTO and another 40 hours of (essentially) sick leave. Great company 401k match with up to 10% . Health benefits are standard but not great - HDLP plans that end up costing just as much as LDHP plans after you add in all the supplemental hospital indemnity coverage and such that you would not need to worry about with a better base plan.
