From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Insurance was one of the best I've had in my professional career.
Company gives 4% to 401(k) and company stock performs well.

The benefits dwindle with every passing year. Other aerospace and defense companies in the area are offering more competitive packages.

This was one of my first experiences with a large company so I don't have a lot to compare to. I liked the benefits that I received while working for Lockheed Martin

The 401(k) match is great! if you max out the match, they pay 10% while you pay 8%. That's an amazing investment. Most campuses also have gyms and cafeterias for employees. They also give you every other Friday off, and most people work from home some of the time. I'm a fan, that's for sure.

Tuition assistance is pretty good ($7,500 for non-tech, $10,000 for STEM and $12,000 for graduate degrees.)
There's a clinic on-sight that provides medical services at no cost.; negotiated life and health insurance look better than average.
