+ Employee Events (employees are segregated by program and/or function... some programs have holiday parties while others do not)
+ % of pay awarded for bonus is currently based on employee's level which is fundamentally unfair to lower level employees given salary should already reflect the level difference... this can lead to resentment between employees
+ Bridging of time of employees hiring in from different business units (inconsistent)
+ Office environment (some buildings / areas are very outdated)
