Lockheed Martin benefits

The LMHealthworks package does not seem to be as convenient to use as some prior options such as Kaiser Permanente HMO. Obviously structured differently, but KP's interface is much more intuitive than Aetna (which administers the Healthworks package for Lockheed).

Lots of choices under benefits.

The best was the ability to flex work-time allowing for paid off days with proper scheduling, however the system could use minor corrections.

Nothing -- good package, had no issues

LM has a good 401K. They match half up to 8% (so 4% maximum matching).

The flexible work schedule is very easy to use. This issue with Lockheed is there are 5 business units

They have a lot of stuff available to you. If you can think of it, it is probably available

Lockheed's medical insurance was not all that great before the Obamacare changes came. In retrospect, I left Lockheed largely because the benefits were not helping me get ahead. At the end of the day though, once Obamacare came through, my great benefits at my new company were worse than what Lockheed had already offered.
