Great 401k matching and cheap insurances. 10 hours a month towards vacation with a 400 hour cap. Personal illness and personal business can be taken without charging vacation with manager approval. Flex hours allow me to be with my family. All in all, its a great place to work for.

Insurance rates are somewhat high.

The benefits were great as you would expect at such a large corporation. Although, they did discontinue their pension plan,

Good matching 401k, Health Insurance covers most issues, though deductibles and copays have been inching up each year.

Company health benifits is a self insured program that does not compare to an HMO or PPO.

1 - Flexible working hours. You had to work between the core hours of 9:00 and 3:00. The rest of your workday could be at any time you choose; 2 - Telecommuting. Almost all positions were allowed to telecommute. Some of us worked from home full-time, and only occasionally went into the office for key meetings and events.

Vacation time and paid holiday package were good. Health insurance was good. Working 9x80 was great.

From what I can see it has a decent health plan
