401k contributions at 6% + up to an extra 4%. Healthcare options limited to HDHP with HSA option. Accrue 120 hrs PTO annually + limited vacation days. Overall 401k is superior, but health insurance and PTO plan leave a lot to be desired.

Not good coverage at all. All plans are very high deductible plans. For such a large company, you would expect better benefits for their employees.
