benefits are standard for 401k 50% match up to 8% of your contribution, ie 4%. Vacation is nice. I get 100 hr for holiday (you must use) and 13 hrs per month towards personal vacation. Accrual for your personal pto is capped though at around 240hrs per year. If you have more than 240hrs accrued then it will be lost if not used by EOY.
