These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Loom will reimburse up to $800 per year for L&D expenses for FT employees.
Loom will reimburse up to $200 per month for Wellness expenses for all employees.
Examples of what can be reimbursed:
- Gym memberships
- Fitness classes
- Massages
- Reflexology/ Reiki
- Sleeping/ Mindfulness/ Meditation apps or classes (Headspace, Calm)
What will not be reimbursed:
- Devices (Apple Watch, FitBit etc)
- Equipment (massage tables, reflexology mats, etc)
Loom will reimburse up to $60 per month for Recurring WFH expenses which now include internet for all employees.
Loom will reimburse up to $300 for work-from-home expenses to set up your workspace. This benefit must be used within 90 days of your start date.
Examples of what can be reimbursed:
- At-home office equipment: Desk, Chair, Monitor
- Equipment: Headphones, Keyboards, AV
