I had to score low. Tho they claim they do train the employee... Not anymore. Even the outside techs are expected to pay for training or college courses before applying at this employer. The best employees used to be promoted and trained as career advancement. Not anymore... This employer does not plan to keep you. So why should they invest in a future they are never offering nymore.
