This has a few times been really good when we had really great performance, but unfortunately we often tended to have mediocre or bad performance overall performance because they had set extremely overly aggressive targets ... So that usually has resulted in really low bonuses (or no bonuses all) with lost of cost-cutting and downsizing at the end of every year.
