No sick days. You get 18-19 days in a year for wedding sickness travel whatever you want to use it for

I got like 3 hours of PTO per pay period.

They actually mix sick days with vacation days, but you start with 4 weeks total combined, and keep going up from there. So it's up to you whether you need to take more sick days or you want to take less sick days and get to have more vacation… I liked the flexibility

Included in total paid vacation days which start first year employee at my position with 19 days first year

Sick time and vacation time are combined into Time Off Paid (TOP). Rates of accrual of TOP time are driven by the employee's length of service.
