Whenever the store reaches 90% of its goal (or 100%?) the employees all receive a performance bonus. I appreciate that the bonus is not based on personal commission. Before my arrival at LUSH, the previous manager and team had received bonus six months in a row. With new management, we never reached our target, so I personally never received bonus in my time with the company.

$3.00/hr added to our paychecks is a pretty sweet bonus, but it made everything a competition and made people super pushy with their sales.

The only down side to Xmas bonus is that a manager can choose to take a trip to the UK instead of giving everyone bonuses.
