No set amount of sick leave so it's easy to use, but if you are out more than 3 days then it requires a more HR related approach, perhaps then escalates to more official medical leave

If you are sick you have the right to take sick leave and they are very kind and take care of you, but if you are not sick, you don't get sick days. I like that and to me that makes sense.
