Befits have overall great coverage especially in medical.

No remote work policy - for a company this size not competitive with other companies

It’s a stable but slow moving company and the benefits reflect this. You have 13 days of vacation plus a recently added “personal day” that make it 14, which is not amazing for the industry. You also get 5 sick days each year. The 401k match is subpar at only 5% and it only kicks in after 6 months, which is silly. The health insurance is through Cigna and it’s OK, but it kicks in a month after you start which is ridiculous and can leave you vulnerable health wise during that time.
