That they have one is great, they will also match up to 3% is greater still. I am able to select the percentage of my biweekly pay to go directly to my 401K savings plan. I am new to the workforce by my moms both told me how important it is that I start saving for retirement now. I just turned 23 and I have one going and plan to do this until I retire.
