The insurance is good but could be cheaper.

Very high deduction for medical. No enough benefit value for dental. Already used up my yearly benefits.

I purchased the HSA and the company contributed money to my HSA on a quarterly basis to help offset the deductible. HSA is great if you don't need a lot of visits to the Dr. The plan also didn't require a co-pay at the time of service.

Different groups have different benefits. My group has 100% paid insurance that covers everything at 100%. So.. no costs, but you have paperwork to submit.

It's decent enough. I don't recall any problems getting care and the deductible was reasonable.

There health insurance seemed okay. A little high on cost. Dental was about to change to a different plan when I left so I can't comment on that.

Costs were very competitive for health and dental. HR very helpful in explaining and administering benefits.

Standard choices between PPOs, HMOs, and high-deductible plans with an HSA. The company will throw in a couple hundred dollars towards your HSA or free spending account.

The benefits are pretty good. The deductible is high.
