A dental PPO which I had no trouble finding local plan participants. Coverage was good for basic needs (2 cleanings per year plus annual x-rays). Major work (crowns) paid 50%, with annual max of $1500. They didn't cover some major (and expensive) reconstructive work for my wife. In general, a good basic plan, but nothing extraordinary.
