Very inexpensive and strong coverage. Also, MISO will contribute to your FSA or HSA account if you are enrolled in health care benefits. Ranges fro m$1000-$2000 depending on who is enrolled.
Wish they had maternity/paternity leave, but they are very generous with all benefits.

The health insurance is pretty good. There are a few different plans to choose from which is nice. It allows you to plan your finances in a way that fits your budgeting and expected health costs for the year.

I don't know any other company that funds a flex spending account-HSAs yes, but $2000 in a flex plan on your behalf is out of this world!

There are 3 choices for health insurance, depending on your personal health and budget. I upgraded my plan this year, and spend more, but am covering two people now instead of one. The coverage cost is a little higher, but I am very satisfied with the services.

Very low premium for pretty awesome benefits. On top of that, MISO will fund your FSA or HSA account money per year. Between 1000$-3000$ depending on your insurance option.
