Designed to give our employees time to bond with a new member of their family, our parental leave plan provides up to 12 paid weeks of leave and provides extended flexibility to allow new parents up to 12 months from the date of birth or placement to use this critical benefit. We've also partnered with Bright Horizons to offer discounted access to best-in-class childcare facilities for MITRE families with children ages six weeks to five years old, plus other important resources and support.
