Ride Right provides you with a choice of medical plan options administered by UMR. All plans provide for preventive services covered at 100% and pharmacy benefits through Express Scripts.
- Enhanced PPO – Comprehensive PPO plan. $20 PCP copay; $40 Specialist copay; co-insurance at 80% in-network and 60% out-of-network. Deductible $1,500/$3,000 (single/family)
- Advantage PPO – Comprehensive PPO plan. $25 PCP copay; $50 Specialist copay; coinsurance at 70% in-network and 60% out-of-network. Deductible $3,000/$6,000 (single/family)
- Premier HSA – Consumer-driven health plan with qualified high-deductible medial plan and HSA. Deductible $2,000/$4,000 (single/family), 80% co-insurance in-network; 60% co-insurance out-of-network. MTM contributes $250/$500 (single/family) into the HSA. You can contribute additional monies into the HSA up to IRS limits.
