Mactac is committed to our employees and believes in the value of work-life balance. To
support work-life balance, Mactac has established a Remote Work Program. These
arrangements can provide eligible employees with increased flexibility with their work schedule
while allowing Mactac to maintain a progressive and productive work environment, through
these various forms of creative work scheduling.

• The employee must be full-time.
• The employee must meet all performance expectations in his or her current role, and
  consistently demonstrate the ability to complete tasks and assignments in a timely
  basis with minimal supervision.
• A remote work schedule must be consistent. 
• It is expected that employees maintain a separate work area free from distractions while
  working remotely.
