Health benefits are very good (100% coverage of employee, partial of spouse.)
Worst is vacation policy - “unlimited vacation” now renamed to “responsible vacation”- it’s designed to make you take less, or feel bad about what you do take, and to make it so nothing accumulates and they don’t have to pay out any unused days if you leave or they fire you
