There are two types of bonuses: smaller quarterly bonuses and ICP (larger bonuses). SERP is about 2% of salary and ICP goes from 8% upward, but ICP not always funded and when it is it's not often at 100%, whereas SERP is easier to get. You get one bonus or the other depending on grade.

this program has gone down over the years. Too much hard work to get a very small payout.

There has been a performance bonus awarded quarterly and paid after the end of each quarter. The one with which I became familiar was related to attendance.
