Job Training

Once you are hired, they offer CEUs.

Needs improvement all around.

Workshops are available to all hired teachers, and training is provided during the hiring process.

Magic Ears is very supportive and helpful in it's training.

They have absolutely fantastic job training opportunities! They never want us to become stagnant! They are always pushing us to improve whether that be from the company providing training or the supervisors watching us and providing feedback for improvement.

There is a 1v4 training where a trainer will meet with 4 applicants to help orient them to the teaching platform and Magic Ears' policies. Then, each teacher sits in the teacher spot in the 1v1 go-through training with a trainer in the student seat. This allows the teacher to practice teaching and get to use all the different platform functions.
