If I could put no stars I would. Requiring you to use your PTO as your FMLA leave is ridiculous - that means no personal vacation after you have your baby, and if they get sick (since there are also no sick days) you can't even get a day of PTO to take your child to the doctor. Main Event needs to progress & offer some form of paid maternity leave- as the job is hard enough & takes you away from your family for long hours and long weeks.
