They only offered us health insurance because of the United Healthcare act. If it hadn't been for that no one would have insurance. However the insurance they offered is too expensive for the employees, especially for those that have children or a family to support.

It was so expensive that I couldn't afford it. In an organization as large as Manpower, I would think that they could get the premiums to a level that even temporary employees can afford. That was not the case in my situation.
