You can do it at home

The PowerYou job training is very helpful to prepare for future assignments with Manpower.

Corporate training for Managers and Recruiters is different than for Contract employees. As a contractor, some one-the-job training from assigned employer is necessary to perform the assignments.

They do on the job training but most of it is on the fly and sink or swim.

For the most part training will be hands on, and a "two week online training" which doesn't really help.
