Expensive and constantly changing each year. Ever since they sold to private equity, annual cost cutting takes place and puts more and more costs back on the employee despite record earnings every year.

Extremely expensive premium and prescription coverage is weak (we paid $240/month for one prescription). Have worked for many professional technology integrators - I paid more for health insurance at Marco than anywhere else.
