I had to do 4 days of training in-store. They give you "at home training", but that covered partial of the things you suppose to do in stores. The company is kind of unorganized. I need more time to do hands on. They set me up two days on my own in the store, and some of the stuff i'm not completely sure..

There is no training, they show you some videos and off you go.

The training is all online. Associates are thrown into the job solo after 4 hours of in store training. Half of them quit the first day. Then they expect us to learn from documents online. Thats not going to work. People need hands on experience to do the job right.

Either a class, or a hands on shadow training (depends on the number of hires starting together).

Training was on a computer, a tablet, or a mobile device. It was easy to navigate through, but you had a lot of logins to memorize.

The initial trainings upon being newly hired are incredibly overbearing and tedious. There are well over 200 training modules that are required within the first month of employment.

Training about two weeks, is paid. Basically shadow an employee and complete training videos. Is focused more on learning the products and less on how to sell items.

The initial training was an intensive week long process. There was a lot of material to cover and digest. I'm glad there were contacts listed for use when in the field.

While the workaround was to do your training while at work, the implication (and certainly during holiday sales period there won't be free time at work) is to do all the training at home and only be paid for 2.5 hours of it. If you actually did the training as they imply there's easily 100+ hours of training to be done and not paid for. That's unacceptable.
