Health insurance cost is high. Every other insurance is just a corporate discount you'd get if you bought it yourself, but the companies they choose, even with the discount, is to expensive for any of the retail work force.

small discounts in various places, health benefits for part-time, benefits don't make sense for the pay they give to their employees. Ex. why give a 3000 discount on a new car, when I could not even to finance a used one?
