There is nothing, they do offer something of medical insurance but it's paying $50 each week just to receive it and it will not cover for many things.

Do not take their healthcare it is the worst. You are better off with O'care. Vacation was good at first but since has been reduced. Also don't plan on using more than a day or two of your PTO they are very strict when it comes to days off.

Commission structure is pretty bad, its a points system so unless you live in a super populated area you dont really make a whole lot

The best part of the job was the freedom of being out in the sun all day. The worst was pretty much everything else.

All the standard benefits are offered. Not sure if the premiums are higher/lower than average.

Paid time off is only for the full time workers. The commission plan is constantly changing. Very few employee discounts.

you do not get any benefits on part time employment and if you are a full time employee, you still wont want the benefits package.

Health Insurance plan very good. Company does not match 401K.
