Although the deductible in the high deductible plan seemed like a lot, the premiums plus deductible were still less than the premiums and copays in the previous plan. They offered incentives for which they would make contributions to your HSA.

Multiple options to suite your needs although the deductibles are high and Cigna is difficult to work with. Plan is self-funded so many times it feels like they don't want you to choose a service unless your condition absolutely requires it.
