Expensive plans and limited choices for plans high deductible plan is the only adorable option

The benefits are overall very good. Great insurance, leave, vacation, 401k and Pension, employee discounts etc. Overall company culture is great, it does depend on which division you work in as some are more employee focused than others.

Best: Additional Telehealth benefits from provider. Worst: Not straightforward how to obtain further discounts on health premiums though incentive programs, but this is minor.

Still expensive but so much better than other companies with HSA type plans
