Something they think is a strength but isn't. If you are clearly a minority demographic (race, gender, sexual preference), they do an excellent job of saying they do a great job. It is more for show than actually changing the culture. If you are not obviously a minority (such as a mental disability), they don't care nor have an interest on educating the other employees how to listen. They blame the victim in these cases. Hard to swallow because CEO Ajay Banga is amazing and truly cares, but until there is zero tolerance for bullying in the workplace and HR remembers their job is to champion their people (not tow company line from a manager who is doing the bullying), their bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey results will continue to decline, as they have done six years in a row.
