hard to rate this because it is not consistent. If you report to a generous manager who really likes you, you will get a very good cash bonus. If you work your butt off but boss is a jerk, they use the performance review system to find *ONE* thing to say you didn't accomplish 100% of your results, lowering your rating and impacting your cash take home. The HR processes are horrible, and they reward horrible bosses. They don't champion their people.
