Another example where the company line is one thing but reality is another. VERY COOL: Mastercard will pay you FIVE days a year to volunteer in your community. UNCOOL" try to get the time off from your manager and the overwhelming workload to take them. Managers don't take them and don't encourage their use. Some do with hollow words.
