No benefits as a part time employee

There was no benefit package

Flexible Hours, pretty typical for a part time position

The worst thing about Mathnasium's benefits package is that there really is not one available to either part- time instructors and or lead instructors/center directors.

Since I am a part time employee, I do not receive benefits.

I was part time so I didnt get any benefits

There aren't any benefits working for mathnasium

Vacation and time-off are easy to work out with the center director, although it is imperative to let the center director know in advance. Most of the instructors are part-time workers, so there are no benefits offered alongside the job.
