Best is that they pay for most of it and the company also contributes i believe $500 per year to you're Hsa. Downside if you're a smoker as they go with Cigna you're subject to a $150 fee per month

The insurance is expensive and the prescription coverage is a separate than the medical and does not cover women's health like birth control medications.
