Dependent upon company and personal performance. Also depends on your level of seniority at the company

They do give you a raise twice a yar

Bonus is tiered by level/title with a bottom and top range.

Not very transparent process. Can be improved.

Yearly bonus for almost every level

Based on company, region and individual performance. Awarded in March for previous year. All employees eligible.

I think with the ESOP the cash compensation is lacking. But the trade is worth it in the long run.

Performance bonus is good. Each title has its own bonus pool, so the amount of money you get is really up to your end of year evaluation and what your superiors think of your work ethic. They reward hard workers that are determined to go the extra mile.

Bonus is way beyond industry average
