Wish parental leave was a bit longer with pay

It is not offered so can not say

sick days are essentially covered by your PTO

Sick days provided to provide pay when ill

6 sick days available per year to start with.

an average benefit, still have room to improve.

McKesson doesn't have "sick days" they have PTO. The nice thing about PTO is you can schedule and use them all anyway you want. They bad thing is you need to use all your time because it doesn't roll over to the next year.

Included in PTO (personal time off) so I can use it for vacation if I am not sick
