Disappointing because there are so many gaps and they set you up for stress and failure. They will say that they can't cover everything because sites are so different their needs, but in reality they are rushed to get people "trained" so they can continue signing clients and deal with all of the people leaving MEDITECH.

Orientation is a week, then depending what your job is, you get another 2 weeks to teach you the software, then a week on the basic programming language, then 2 weeks of the language you are gonna focus on (like a 101 class), eventually you get a more indepth class (like a 201 class), then you jabe the debugging class they, and a web version class, then you can opt to learn the other languages they made, and a utility building class.... They have a huge catalog you can go through and if its useful for your position, you supervisor will ok the training.
