They don't have a retirement plan.

Does not offer any company match to the 401k, but does include a profit share plan as well

Strong plan with Prudential, just no 401K match

long time employees are doing ok for retirement, but employees less than 15 years are not

Profit sharing is very sub-par compared to a 401k. I'm years behind with my savings, and will only catch up to where I need to be by being extremely aggressive with my savings for the rest of my working life. The story we were fed by Meditech was that the profit sharing plan would really take off after many years of service, and then surpass a 401k. Maybe it was true at the time, but now I believe that is utter and total bs. You need to supplement with the 401k, which they only started offering after I'd been there for 15+ years.

NO 401K Matching is annoying

Profit sharing is great IF the companies outlook was positive and IF you want to work their for life.

Profit sharing plan that shows no growth beyond the company contributions, and a 401k with zero match.
