Hybrid format is long-standing, but unclear if it is going to change as we move further past COVID-19

Seems arbitrary per group on who goes in when. Most people are at least (currently) 4 days a week from home if not more.

Pre-covid - allowed 1-2 days a week at home EXCEPT for off hours shifts which were not allowed to work from home at all. Even in inclement weather, they frowned upon it which is asinine since it is a software company and they have the ability to work from home. They would tell you to drive in as soon as the roads were cleared because God forbid you spent the entire day working from home. It made no sense at all.
During covid, everyone worked remotely so really I cannot see them having any excuse not to allow every shift to have some telecommuting time.
