Used to have way more days, now amounts to once a week

Nice to have the weekly option, but not much flexibility especially with a job requiring travel often

Wfh benefit; 1 day a week and 7 days annual extra days for each quarter

8 days a month and additional 10 days a year

I am very thankful to work for a company that allows us to work from home, but I do feel like Medpace’s policies can be unnecessarily rigid. You have to be in office on Tuesdays, no exceptions. And you get 8 WFH days a month, which usually people average to 2 days a week. I know of other companies using similar wfh policies but are much more reasonable and flexible, and allow even more days and are still successful with employee performance and morale. Medpace also won’t care if you have to commute from far away, they’ll just tell you to move closer.
