10% off general merchandise, groceries and health and beauty are not discountable under most circumstances. Once in awhile, they offer employee only mPerks and coupons that discount things that are not normally discountable, but general merchandise is always 10% off.

The employee discount applied to all items except HBC and Grocery. The discount is 10% and will work with sales and clearance items so that's nice. I bought a PS4 when it first came out and got my 10% discount on that so that saved me a bit of money!
