It was so little that I don't even remember if there was an employee discount. I know that it was so little, I still went to shop at Walmart over Meijer, even with the discount.

The team appreciate card at Meijer is basically useless. Most of what you buy at the store won't qualify for it (such as food), and the items that do qualify don't make up for it.

You get a discount, but it's small and you CAN'T use it on grocery/baby supplies/animal food. So it's only good for merchandise, which isn't as nice as it should be.

You get 10% which is not a lot at all, by the way. You can't use it on Grocery or Health/Beauty. Which is what you probably want most anyway.
