Employee Discounts

It wasn't much but if you catch something on sale or clearance you get the discount on top of it!

I think their discounts are some what fair

More benefits options, higher 401k match.

Helps a little depending on what you're buying but feels like it could be a bit higher or applied to a wider range of products.

You would think the employee discount is fairly good considering it is a union company, realistically it’s more of a standard discount that most other competitors share. You do get some sense off of store branded grocery and most general merchandise. But that is it.

Discount is low and only applies to general merch (with some exceptions) and own brand grocery.

The employee discount is decent. 10% off meijer-branded grocery items (excluding deli???) and most general merchandise.
