Employee Discounts

It needs to be higher. They only offer 10% of General Merchandise. They need to offer something on Groceries and Health and Beauty Care.

At Target, we offer 10% off storewide (including grocery), plus an additional 5% to those using their REDcard debit or credit card!

It's 10 percent and can't be used for food or health and beauty products

The employee discount when I worked there was 10% off of general merchandise (no discounts on groceries). Meijer also gave employees really nice discount coupons at the end of the year (holiday bonus discount) where you would get an additional 20% off of general merchandise and would get 20% off of groceries.

doesn't apply to everything in the store. it excludes health and beauty and grocery

Discount is not on groceries

it was good for what it applied to but didn't include such things as grocery,health and beauty,prescriptions etc.

It can only be used on general merchandise. You cannot use it towards grocery purchases.
