It's pretty standard. I do think health insurance should be improved (considering this topic is pretty hot these days now). It would be nice to health coverage for everything. One thing I would suggest is having hearing aids be covered; not out of pocket.

Number of plans to choose from that are reasonably priced, can opt for Dental and Vision and Life insurance even if you don't have Health Insurance from them. Con is that prescription coverage only works thru Meijer's own pharmacy, which is often more expensive than going to a different pharmacy. Copay was raised quite a bit this year and company contributions to HSA were reduced as well as some premiums going up.

Pretty cheap weekly deductions, not great insurance if you have lots of health issues.
