Sick Leave

You get 8 hours of spiritual and 16 hours of personal days. You have the option to use these hours whenever you need to use them.

No sick days one bucket, to save money they capped how much you can accrue at Retirement. Thus I lost 200 days , thanks HR, no grandfathering just gone.

Im part time but calling in sick i have had no problems

Sick time is no longer offered to new employees. You must use your own personal time off for the first several days of your illness if you are an old employee and have historical sick time and if you are a new employee you must use your personal time if you or a family members becomes ill.
